Neighborhood Restaurant Presents a Spooky Good Deal Halloween Dinner Oct 31
Castle Hills’ beloved neighborhood restaurant, Clementine, invites San Antonians to celebrate Halloween on Friday, October 31, from 5 to 9 p.m. with a Spooky Good Deal, Feed Me prix-fixe dinner.
What:
Curated by owners John and Elise Russ, this one-night-only experience showcases inventive, off-menu dishes with a festive twist. Guests can look forward to a four-course meal with four options per course – all for $59 per person.
Clementine’s Spooky Good Deal Halloween dinner is perfect for families, couples and friends seeking a delicious treat and a festive night out. This can’t-miss, Halloween-inspired dinner is a great first stop before heading out for trick-or-treating, or as a savory and sweet finale to the holiday.
Guests can sink their fangs into starters like Ms. Julie’s bloody beet salad and freshly-shucked murder point oysters. The second course features ghoulish delights such as creepy cavatelli of doom and pumpkin agnolotti.
Entrees deliver show-stopping scares with slashing, stabbing swordfish and seared, sliced, dripping terres major steak. No Halloween dinner is complete without a sweet treat. Dessert offerings include pumpkin patch cheesecake, haunted orchard apple cider donuts, among other haunting desserts.
One Night Only – October 31st
This one-night-only curated menu is available exclusively on Halloween night. The dinner promises a festive, flavorful evening for all ages, guaranteeing a memorable holiday in the heart of Castle Hills.
Pumpkin Carving Contest
Adding to the fun, St. Philip’s College Culinary Program students have the chance to showcase their creativity in a pumpkin carving contest at Clementine. Students interested in entering can email hello@clementine-sa.com.
Pumpkin entries must be carved and painted in advance; no props are allowed, and all designs must be family-friendly. On Halloween day, students may drop off their pumpkins between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., and guests attending Clementine’s dinner will vote for their favorites. Winners, announced November 1, will receive two tickets to Clementine’s Day of the Dead Dinner, a Feed Me dinner for two, Clementine swag or a $50 gift card. Three winners will be chosen in the best overall, scariest and staff favorite categories.
