Join us for a one-of-a-kind, walkable whiskey and food experience through San Antonio’s historic Pearl district, in proud partnership with Garrison Brothers Distillery. This exclusive ticketed event showcases thoughtfully crafted food and cocktail pairings from:

•The Boiler House
•Brasserie Mon Chou Chou
•Casanova BBQ
As you stroll from stop to stop, enjoy unique whiskey cocktails paired with chef-curated bites at each location. Guests will receive a custom swag bag with branded keepsakes.
You’ll also receive a detailed map to guide your experience, showing each stop on the stroll along with the featured food and cocktail pairings—so you know exactly where to go and what to enjoy at each venue.

Our fall plans are made up of some of our favorite events of Culinaria, including Burgers, Bourbon & Beer. We’re giving it its own day but with the same chef-manned grills creating those tasty burgers and pairing it all with tasty bourbon cocktails, cold beer and entertainment. Of course, we’ll still have wine, too.
It’s returning to the place it started… the Alley on Bitters on Sunday, November 2.
