On April 22, sip on the Eco Mojito, a refreshing, spring-inspired drink that is as blue as the ocean. Featuring a fragrant blend of natural ingredients, the Eco Mojito combines organic mint and fresh lime with Bacardi Superior and Blue Curacao, creating a vibrant twist on the classic mojito.

Eco Mojito Recipe:

• Muddle 0.5oz of agave nectar with 3 mint leaves

• Add 0.25oz of freshly squeezed lime juice

• Add 2oz of Bacardi Superior

• Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice

• Top with Club soda and add a floater of Blue Curacao

• Garnish with 4 blueberries, a lime wedge and a mint leaf for an added touch
