Local Stone Oak Restaurant To Host Informative Wine 101 Class
Local Stone Oak Restaurant Invites San Antonio Community to a Wine 101 Tasting Event
Local Stone Oak restaurant owner and chef Jeff will be hosting a Wine 101 class at Copa Wine Bar on August 23 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Wine doesn’t have to be intimidating — it’s about discovering what you enjoy and why. This event is a chance to sip, learn, and have some fun with it. Whether you’re brand new to wine or just want to deepen your palate, we’ve got a seat for you at the table,” says Jeff Bridges.
Stay for Dinner
Guests are invited to continue their evening at Copa after the event for dinner, where they can explore the extensive selection of wines available at the restaurant. The wine menu features options such as David Bruce, which has tasting notes of raspberry, blood orange, ripe red cherry, and toasted pecans, and Arroyo Vista, offering flavors of poached pear, white peach, and ripe apples, layered for a delightful experience. Exceptional dinner pairings include tapas such as bruschetta and fire-roasted feta. For entrees, the restaurant offers fire-roasted pizzas like Cerdo Borracho – “The Drunk Pig.”
