Coconut and subtle cedar tones from American oak weave through the background. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and plush, with soft tannins and vivid red fruit—think strawberry preserves, juicy cherry, and spiced plum. It finishes with a smooth, gently spiced note and a kiss of oak sweetness. This is a supple, accessible wine made to shine at the table.

Hints of basil and green pepper lend a savory complexity. On the palate, the wine transitions from crisp citrus and stone fruit into tropical undertones of papaya and mango, finishing with notes of rosemary, riverstone, and wet limestone. The addition of Roussanne provides mid-palate roundness and depth, while Trebbiano brings driving acidity and minerality. A thoughtful, food-friendly white with both energy and nuance.
