Fall is On at the Thompson San Antonio – Riverwalk Hotel

Spa Experiences
The Spa at Thompson San Antonio allows you to explore a wellness sanctuary that is one of San Antonio’s best kept secrets. A luxury full-service spa including treatments intended to relax your mind, rejuvenate your body, and find your inner peace.
As we head into spooky and festive season, Thompson San Antonio – Riverwalk will also be the place to gather with friends and family to celebrate:

Movie Mondays
Watch your favorite films in the sky and join us for MOVIE MONDAYS. Every Monday night at 7pm in September, The Moon’s Daughters is streaming your favorite classic films on the rooftop. Experience a curated selection of craft cocktails that are themed perfectly with the movie of the night. Movies to get into the Halloween spirit include:
- 10/14 – Texas Chainsaw Massacre
- 10/21 – Scary Movie
- 10/28 – Annabelle
Dia De Los Muertos
The annual Dia de Los Muertos Celebration on the rooftop begins October 26th and extends until November 2nd. Join us for ofrendas, flowers, food, and live music for this cultural tradition. When passing through the hotel lobby, stop by the Ofrenda to honor your deceased loved ones (now until November 2nd). Spanish for “offering,” an Ofrenda is an alter with a collection of items to celebrate lives lost and a way to connect with the memories of loved ones. An Ofrenda is one of the most essential traditions behind Day of the Dead.

Ford Holiday River Parade
The 43rd Annual Ford Holiday River Parade is a cherished San Antonio tradition that brings joy and festivity to the San Antonio River Walk. This year’s theme, Toy Box Adventures, promises a whimsical and magical experience for all ages. Join us for our annual spectacle featuring 27 beautifully illuminated floats, 5 entertainment floats, and over 100,000 holiday lights (2,250 strands) that brighten the River Walk from sundown to sunrise until the weekend after New Year’s Day.

Whether you’re in the mood for a thrill, a rooftop movie night, or a spa day, Thompson San Antonio is the destination for luxury, relaxation, and excitement this season.
