The Study at Dean’s, the refined and intimate cocktail bar tucked within the historic courtyard of Kimpton Santo San Antonio – Riverwalk, is elevating the San Antonio happy hour scene with the launch of its new Happy Hour, available every Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. Guests are invited to unwind in the bar’s jewel-box of a lounge while enjoying complimentary small plates crafted to pair perfectly with the bar’s sophisticated cocktail offerings.
Guests can expect various complimentary craveable snacks like Olives, Kennebec Chips with Truffled Onion Dip and Toasted Nuts, as well as refined bites such as:
Spicy Ahi Tuna Cones – Cucumber, Calabrian chili oil, crispy rice, avocado coulis
Wagyu Tartare Cones – Pickled onion, Grana Padano, preserved egg yolk
Smoked Salmon Tartlets – Salmon mousse, smoked trout roe, chive
All dishes are paired with full access to The Study’s artfully curated cocktail menu available at standard pricing, including signature creations like:
