La Panadería Kicks Off Summer with NEW Cold Foam Drinks + ‘Summer of Concha’ Campaign
New drink and concha offerings are available now through August 31st
WHAT:
La Panadería, the acclaimed San Antonio bakery known for its artisanal pan dulce and French-inspired Mexican bread, is proud to announce its new lineup of Summer Drinks, alongside the return of celebrated concha flavors as part of its Summer of Concha initiative. These signature conchas and specialty drinks are available now through August 31, 2025, at all La Panadería locations.
La Panadería expands its beverage program this summer with a curated selection of iced drinks that highlight house-made syrups and decadent cold foam toppings. Offerings include:
Lavender Latte: A floral iced latte sweetened with La Panadería’s signature lavender syrup, finished with a smooth lavender-infused cold foam.
Tres Leches Matcha: An iced matcha latte layered with strawberry purée and topped with a strawberry tres leches cold foam, blending the creaminess of tres leches cake with the earthiness of premium matcha.
Strawberry Mimosa: A refreshing twist on the classic brunch favorite, this mimosa is made with champagne, strawberry purée and a splash of orange juice—marking the bakery’s first mimosa flavor beyond the traditional orange.
The Summer of Concha initiative brings back some of La Panaderia’s most sought-after seasonal concha flavors. These limited-edition offerings reinterpret the traditional Mexican sweet bread with bold, indulgent ingredients. Offerings include:
Dubai Chocolate Concha: Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar, this visually striking concha features a dual-toned green and chocolate crust, filled with rich pistachio ganache and Nutella. The green half offers a subtle vanilla note, while the chocolate side delivers depth and sweetness.
Ferrero Rocher Concha: A decadent homage to the iconic confection, this concha boasts a red and chocolate crust, filled with a velvety chocolate ganache and hazelnut praline cream.
Nutella Concha: Featuring an orange concha shell with a creamy Nutella filling. Originally introduced during March Madness.
