As Executive Chef, he is responsible for the menus for the hotel’s Dorrego’s Restaurant and Naranja Tequila and Mezcal Bar, as well as catering for meetings, banquets and special events, and in-room dining service.

Scheck holds a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of California and an associate degree in Occupational Studies from the California Culinary Academy.
