Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with bubbles to kick off the evening. Additional wines featured in the tasting include Clarendelle Blanc, Domaine de Beaurenard, and Les Commandeurs. Guests can also look forward to thoughtful pairings such as warm gougères, French Belon oysters, and more. Concluding the tasting, guests are encouraged to extend their evening with dinner at Clementine.

Friday Lunch: A Day in New Orleans
James Beard Award finalist John Russ and pastry chef Elise Russ will take guests to John’s hometown of New Orleans on Friday, August 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Together, John and Elise will bring the soulful flavors of New Orleans to the table. The four-course meal starts at $59 per person.
Owner and Chef John drew inspiration for this month’s Friday Lunch from his roots in New Orleans and a deep appreciation for the relentless heat of August. “It’s that heat that doesn’t stop and the humidity that keeps on going,” he shared. With that in mind, he set out to create a menu full of bold flavors and old-school dishes that capture the spirit of the city in the summertime.
Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through Clementine’s website HERE.

Patio & Pearls
Patio & Pearls is making its grand return on Thursday, August 21, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Experience a night of relaxation with live music from Chris Guerro, wine flowing all night, and fresh raw oysters shucked to order. Celebrate the close of the summer season as vibrant flavors and smooth rhythms fill the air, transporting guests to a state of pure relaxation. There is no entry fee for the event at the door. Guests are encouraged to attend, enjoy themselves, and soak in the vibes.

Clay & Cuisine
Locals and visitors are invited to a night of culinary and artistic excellence on Tuesday, August 26, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guests will enjoy a 3-course prix fixe meal created by Clementine chefs, along with a take-home handcrafted ceramic bowl made by local artist Jesselyn Gordon. The three-course meal includes a starter, entrée, and dessert, with choices like White Mushroom Salad or Baked Bulgarian Feta; Squid Ink Angel Hair with Texas crab or Crispy Skin Barramundi; and indulgent desserts such as Chocolate Brûlée or Tropical Pavlova. Tickets for the event are priced at $105 per person. Reservations for the event can be made on OpenTable, HERE. Come for the food, stay for the bowl!
